Kai Long Court was sold in March 2019, with a total of 683 flats, all of which have been sold out. The mortgage was registered at the Land Registry from April 15 to June 26 2019. 664 of the flats have been mortgaged by major banks.
Hoi Lok Court was sold in March 2019, with a total of 2,522 flats, all of which have been sold out. The mortgage was registered at the Land Registry from April 16th to November 6th 2019. 2,463 of the flats have been mortgaged by major banks.

HOS 2024
The new phase of the "Home Ownership Scheme 2024," is expected to start accepting applications in October 2024, with a ballot in the fourth quarter of 2024, and selection of flats beginning in the second quarter of 2025. Five major housing estates will be launched, including Kai Ying Court,On Pak Court, Ko Hei Court, Yu Hing Court and Siu Wu Court, providing a total of 7,132 units will be sold at 30% discount from the current assessed market values, i.e. for sale at 70% of the assessed market values. The usable area ranges from approximately 186 sq ft to 510 sq ft. The selling prices will range from HK$1.43 million to HK$4.67 million. Kwun Tong On Pak Court being sold as completed units, while the other estates will consist of pre-sale flats.

In the 2024 Home Ownership Scheme, the Housing Authority will introduce the "Families with Newborns Flat Selection Priority Scheme" for the first time. The HA will reserve a quota of about 40% of flats for balloting and priority flat selection by eligible applicants of the scheme and the Priority Elderly Scheme in each SSF sale exercise, meaning that qualifying families will have a greater chance of obtaining their desired units. Applicants participating in this scheme will be prioritized over general family applicants and individual applicants.

GSH 2023
The Hong Kong Housing Authority (Housing Authority) has announced the launch of " the Sale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) 2023", featuring only one estate, Lai Yuet Court in Cheung Sha Wan, which offers a total of 2,359 units. The units will be sold at 52% of the market price, with the cheapest unit priced at HK$ 1.54 million. If calculated with a minimum downpayment of 5%, buyers would only need to pay around HKD 77,000. The most expensive unit is priced at HK$ 4.61 million, with a downpayment of only HK$ 230,000. The main applicants for the GSH program are public housing residents or individuals holding a valid "Certificate of Eligibility to Purchase".

HOS 2022
The balloting ceremony of Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) Flats 2022 and White Form Secondary Market Scheme (WSM) 2022, was held on June 13th 2022. 8,926 HOS units were sold at 51% off the market price (ie: 49% off the market value), with prices ranging from HK$1.24 million to HK$5.31 million, with the downpayment as low as HK$62,000. HOS 2022 estates include Chi Wah Court in North Point, Kwan Shan Court in To Kwa Wan, Kai Yan Court in Kai Tak, On Sau Court in Kwun Tong, Chiu Ming Court in Tseung Kwan O, Yu Tak Court in Shatin and Yu Ya Court in Tung Chung. The accessible area of the units range from 186-555 Square feet.

A spokesman for the Housing Authority (HA) said, "In this phase of HOS, the HA has received a total of around 252,000 applications for HOS 2022 (assembled by around 203,000 white forms and 49,000 green forms); and around 117,000 applications for WSM 2022. Around 222,000 of the HOS 2022 application forms and 110,000 of the WSM 2022 application forms were submitted online.”

The Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) is selling the Diamond Hill Kai Chuen Court under the " the Sale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) 2020/21" , which offering 2,112 units. The usable area of the units ranges from approximately 17.1 square meters to about 44.7 square meters (approximately 184 square feet to about 481 square feet). The government announced the pricing information for the new phase of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) last year, which includes pricing details for Chai Wan's Dip Tsui Court and Tsing Yi's Ching Fu Court. The prices for the two projects range from HK$ 976,000 to HK$ 2.73 million, with all units sold at 49% of the market price, offering a total of 3,696 units. HOS 2018
The Hong Kong Housing Authority has announced that the new phase of the Home Ownership Scheme, "HOS 2018," will start accepting applications on March 29, 2018. Eligible applicants can submit their application forms for the two schemes from that day until April 11. Application forms and guidelines are available for public collection starting today.

In this new phase, over 70% of the units are located in two urban estates. Among them, the Hoi Lok Court located in Cheung Sha Wan Lai Ying Street, offers a total of 2,522 units, with usable areas ranging from 383 to 631 square feet. The Kai Long Court in Kai Tak, located on Muk On Street, offers 683 units with usable areas ranging from 286 to 471 square feet. Yu Tai Court, located on Tung Chung Road, provides 1,226 units with usable areas ranging from 278 to 572 square feet.

After discounts, the average price per square foot in Kai Long Court is the highest, reaching HK$ 9,755, with unit prices ranging from HK$ 2.27 million to HKD 4.88 million. The average price per square foot for Hoi Lok Court is HK$ 9,234, with larger unit areas and prices ranging from HKD 2.92 million to HKD 6.3 million. The average price per square foot for Yu Tai Court is HKD 6,698, with unit prices ranging from HKD 1.59 million to HKD 4.28 million.

The Housing Authority's Subsidized Housing Committee has previously approved that this phase of the Home Ownership Scheme will adopt a new pricing mechanism, which includes reducing the price from 70% of market value to 52%, resulting in an average price reduction of about 26%, with prices ranging from HKD 1.18 million to HKD 4.68 million.
